Starting at 5:30 PM, captivating DJ beats will set the mood and accompany the evening.
The focus lies on four food stations featuring carefully selected dishes that are perfectly paired with the Prosecco and tell captivating stories.
Chef Fadi opens the doors to his culinary world, offering personal insights into the passion and creativity behind each dish.
At the same time, Sara Ceschin, winemaker at Il Colle, brings to life the soul of every sparkling glass by sharing the tradition and unique terroir of the estate.
